Journey to a new ME

Well....I was on weight watchers for a little over a year.  It was a great plan and I lost 60 pounds on the plan.  But sad to say, I quit WW because they changed their plan and I just hit a road block.  Instead of losing weight I kept gaining it.  Month after month of disappointment.  So I decided to start this new plan.  It's called Medifast.  Basically I eat 5 of their "meals" and 1 of my own meals with a certain amount of lean protein and greens.  Their "meals" consist of many powdered delicacies such as scrambled eggs, chocolate chip pancakes, soups, shakes, and oatmeals.  They also have a bunch of bars and snacks. 


 For the most part I actually enjoy all the food.  Some of it is pretty bland so I have to flavor it.  My dinner consists of chicken breast and veggies.  Pretty boring for the most part but I spice it up with different recipes.  There are a lot of different things you can do for dinner I'm just not that creative lol.  Needless to say, this plan is Dr. approved and I get all my daily vitamins from all the things I eat.  I mean I eat 6 times a day so I'm not hungry at all.  Your supposed to lose weight really fast.  After my first 2 days I weighed myself the morning of my 3rd day and I had already lost 3 pounds.  Not bad if I do say so myself.  I'm going to do this plan for a month and cross my fingers and hope it works!  I'll keep ya posted!
